Bike Park Pohorje — World-Class Downhill & Flow Trails
Bike Park Pohorje Maribor is one of Slovenia’s premier mountain biking destinations, home to the legendary World Cup downhill track since 1999. The park features trails for every level — from the beginner-friendly ZigZag to the expert Fury Trail. The iconic Flow Line stretches 5.2 km with a 702-metre descent from the cable car station right down towards the city.

What summer activities are available on Pohorje?
Pohorje offers hiking, mountain biking (Bike Park Pohorje), the PohorJet summer luge, Monster Rollers, mountain tricycles, zorbing, and guided cycling tours. The Adrenalin Park at Pohorje has activities for all ages.
Is the cable car open in summer?
Yes, the Pohorje gondola cable car operates year-round. In summer it serves hikers, bikers, and sightseers. It’s located just a short walk from Boutique Hotel Pohorje. Check visitpohorje.si for current schedules.
Can I rent bikes or e-bikes nearby?
Mountain bikes and e-bikes are available for rent at the Bike Park base station and through partners at Areh. Full equipment including helmets is provided. Ask at our reception for recommendations.
Are there family-friendly activities?
Absolutely. The ZigZag and Family Line bike trails are designed for beginners and families. Easy hiking routes through Pohorje forests are suitable for children. The Gibalni park at Areh offers a fun ninja obstacle course in nature.
